The Riad Palais Calipau is the last 5 star Riad opened in Marrakech's Medina. Ideally located in the noble neighborhood of the "Kasbah", any part of the city can be accessed easily. Very closed to the Jamaa el fena square and the saàdian tombs. The owner remodeled the riad combining Morrocan's kraftmanship with the lastest technologies to provide the greatest comfort. The riad is located between Hassan II and kind Mohamed VI palaces, 10 mn from Jama El Fna Plaza near the Mamounia. The owner spent 3 years to renew this old secular house for a result close to perfection. Opened in March 2006, The Riad Palais Calipau is available to you for an unforgettable stay The 12 suites combine, with luxury and understated elegance are all tasteful in the Moroccan tradition of tadelakt, zellige and cedar. All are equipped with air condition, central heating, plasma tv, DVD, safety deposit box… Each of the double, twin or triple rooms have a private salon and dressing room for your comfort. All the bathrooms are decorated in tadelakt or the traditional zellige and are equipped with shower, bath and double washbasins. In the central patio two beautiful salons decorated in muted colours border and overlook the swimming pool. The Riad Palais Calipau has many lounge areas, where you can take a Moroccan mint tea & try the best Moroccan pastries. The terrase of 500m2 offer fantastic views of the Atlas Mountains, and over all the old Medina & the royal palace. It is the ideal place to enjoy the sunset and feel the exotic & oriental atmosphere.
