A piece of heaven amongst the madness of Marrakech! - Apr 6, 2020
The perfect home to return to after a long day of exploring, eating, shopping and touristing! Location - amazing. A short walk through the souks to get to all the major tourist attractions! We loved the local feel of the area and weren’t haggled at all in comparison to the areas closer to Jemaa El F’na. Fresh fruit and convenient store right outside for snacks/ drinks. Very safe and peaceful to return to even late at night! Taxi stand nearby was a bonus! Hospitality - Mehdi was such a superstar! He looked after all of our needs and arranged all transport when necessary! Such a friendly face and super kind when helping us navigate the area! Breakfast was amazing with so much variety! Best freshly squeezed orange juice in town! They always served us fresh Moroccan tea when we were relaxing in the courtyard. Room & decor - Perfection. I did extensive research when planning our accommodation because I wanted the perfect balance of authentic and traditional decor but also with an luxurious feel (without blowing the budget!). This riad was the best of all worlds! Loved our room and the tile detailing in the bathroom. Photos just don’t do the riad justice! Lovely terrace for lounging in the sun too! I could go on and on about how much we loved this riad! Don’t hesitate - just book it (and thank me later haha!).« less ...

Solid Riad in a Decent Location - Mar 19, 2020
The location of this riad is good a short 10 minute walk through the medinah to the main square. The riad was very peaceful, but felt quite understaffed with only 1-2 employees supporting the entire riad. We interacted a lot with Hamza, who was very kind to us. He helped ease the way for our travels by helping us with a lot of small tasks that made us feel very welcome; for instance, he helped us by purchasing water, breaking our bigger bills, calling a restaurant for us when our plans unexpectedly changed. He was very kind to us. Additionally, we had to cut our stay short due to the corona virus-related travel bans, and he was kind enough to reach out to the manager to give us a refund for the nights that we were unable to stay. The riad itself includes breakfast and was clean - so no complaints on that front. I think it's also in a decent location about 10-15 minute walk from the main square in Marrakech with lots of little stands to buy items like water, chips, etc. nearby. Soundproofing isn't great, but overall, we had a good experience at this place. Hamza was able to arrange transport for us to the airport, which was 15 euros for our group of 4.« less ...

Wonderful ! An oasis amongst the madness of Marrakech ! - Feb 29, 2020
- Hamza as our host was a true gent, nothing was too much and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxed, comfortable and wonderful stay. He is a credit to the Riad and such a pleasure to be around. When we first arrived I had a mini nightmare having picked up someone else’s suitcase - within an hour it was sorted and I had mine back. Cannot thank you enough for all you did for us - we will not forget and will be sure to return!- The Riad itself - Beautiful! All of the decor is amazing & the rooms are comfortable (the shower was brilliant) - Roof Terrace - perfect for catching some sun and relaxing into the early evening! - Breakfast - included in the price and we were able to have brought to our room just enough to set you up for the day - We had an aromatherapy massage which was one of many additional luxuries on a list to select from - highly recommend especially for €20- perfect location ! Thank you so much for our stay we LOVED it ! Kate & Tony« less ...
