WIFI DOESNT WORK - Nov 19, 2017
I usually don't write reviews when I have bad experiences but this is something that needs to be shared. First of all, there are cracks in the door (like big holes were people can see through) so there's no privacy in our room, we had to fill out the cracks with toilet paper so people couldn't see inside the room. Second, the shower barely has any pressure and it drains very slow so you are showering in a puddle. I understand that these are old buildings but for the price I'm paying I expect at least working showers. Third, my husband and I came from the desert very tired and dirty and were looking forward for a warm shower so my husband started taking a shower when all of the sudden the water stopped; so I went downstairs to check with the receptionist and he said that it was because he turned on the pool water, so he apologized and turned off. If they know that showers don't work when they turn on the pool water why would you even turn it on. And Lastly, the wifi doesn't work in our bedroom, so I'm writing this review in the courtyard, I asked the receptionist about it but he just said sorry that the internet company has a problem in this area. If that's the case, why would they advertise that it has wifi, when you can't use it in the room.« less ...
