Good and clean - Oct 16, 2019
The hotel is easy to find.I arrived at a quarter to three in the afternoon and was sent to the top floor where I could eat lunch. The restaurant is located there. In general, throughout Morocco, lunch is until 3 p.m.In terms of decor, the restaurant was more a company canteen and also the food, but the view was breathtaking. After this unimaginative lunch I went to my room. A well-appointed room with a good bed and with a little effort I could see the sea. At night I could hear the sea well, a sound that made me sleep well. The breakfast is limited but good, at least excellent for me because I am certainly not a big eater in the morning. All in all, the hotel is well worth a visit and sleep, but not for a delicious and cozy meal.« less ...

Fabulous location, fabulous accommodation. - Oct 3, 2019
Two nights at this wonderful riad was an absolute treat. It is conveniently located inside the medina (so no cars which is great) and has been beautifully decorated. The reception area is wonderful. We had a suite on the 1st floor with spectacular views of the ocean. It's always windy here so the crashing waves were a constant...lovely to wake up to. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. Plenty of wardrobe space, good lounge chairs to enjoy the view and even a complimentary fruit basket. Bathroom is large and well-appointed. Be careful in the bath/shower as the surface is treacherous when wet.Breakfast was very good - again with great views from the dining room - and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. A great stay - highly recommended.« less ...

An Oasis in a filthy Médina perched above a sadly plastic littered beach - Sep 7, 2019
We stayed for 3 nights in a room overlooking the sea at this Riad.We had a porter transport our luggage into the Médina from the entrance which was approximately a 10 minute walk. I nearly gagged from the smell of urine & filth on the way to The Riad Mimouma Every so often you get a whiff of the stench in the hotels reception. Our room was clean. Bathroom is quite small. View stunning. But the Médina is depressingly filthy, the beaches littered with plastic. Very sad that the Moroccans can’t see this and are happy to live surrounded by rubbish. Dog and cat faeces everywhere in the alleyways, many cats with diseases. Stench of urine. Please ban plastic & protect your environment everyone.« less ...
