Beautiful deck for drinks - Feb 12, 2020
The restaurant in the hotel is very good. We ate dinners there twice. Breakfast is good, Our room was comfortable and well appointed. Just be prepared to climb one or two flights of stairs to get to your room as the hotel does not have an elevator. Service is very good as well. Only complaint is the hotel is a 5-10 minute walk into or out of the Medina.« less

Great hospitality and beautiful riad with SPA! :) - Feb 3, 2020
Excellent riad with gorgeous ornaments and decoration. Very comfortable room with air condition, heater and private bathroom. Delicious breakfast and friendly personel. Also very hood localization, near to everywhere, but in quite place. Everything was perfect! I strongly recommend it! :)« less

Nice Riad - Jan 18, 2020
This Riad in the Medina was booked by our tour guide for a 1 night stay while visiting Fez. We were happy with our room on the ground floor, it was clean and comfortable and we found the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Would certainly recommend.« less

In dire need of renovation - Oct 6, 2019
Stayed two nights. Nice building in the medina, with a rooftop terrace offering a stunning view. The interior though is in dire need of renovation. The room was very basic with debris falling off the ceiling. No luggage rack, no closet, no shelves, no drawers, no hooks, not even a chair (although I got two upon request on the second day) - no place to put anything other than the floor.Very basic bathroom with handheld shower, although the wall bracket was missing. No place to hang towels (only one tiny towel bar).No soundproofing whatsoever.Very poor Wifi - extremely slow with frequent hiccups.Breakfast served at the table - overall mediocre: no fruit, vegetables or cheese. They only have five tables, so you may need to wait (keep in mind if you are on a tight schedule). Friendly staff.« less

Needs some restoration and repairs - Aug 31, 2019
We spent 1 night here during our visit to Fez and we stayed at the 1st floor. The room was overly spacious (high ceiling, almost 2 floors), but it was obvious that it needed some restoration work, especially the bathrooms. It was also a bit dark and it seemed it was not properly cleaned and maintained. As for the location, you'll have to walk through small, narrow alleys to get to the riad from the main street. If you're carrying heavy luggage/bags, it could be a problem, as cars will have to be parked quite a bit of distance away. The riad's location is also not properly pinned on Google Maps, so make sure to memorize how to correctly get to/from the riad. It is walking distance from the medina though. For the complimentary breakfast, they started serving food at around 8:30am, which was later as compared to the other hotels/riads we stayed in during our trip. You'll have to take that into account if you're planning to maximize the day tour.« less
