I had just finished climbing mt toubkal And was met by lubna she made me feel like Ihad arrived home the warm welcome made me feel so safe and secure lol lubna gave me a upgrade beautiful spotless junior suite roomPs the room was fit for a king If you go to this riad make sure to ask for lubna She could not be more helpful 11. First of all the location is perfect for people who want to stay near the center of city jamaa el fna , about the breakfast it wasn't how I expected because I prefer to be like buffet not like serving you which I don't like and the thing that I couldn't understand is when it almost midnight the electricity get completely off for few mins and back on but honestly the massage I took was very nice and from here I thank the manager Fatima Zohra was very helpful .And I loved the room that I stayed on was junior suite it's really comfortable and calm with small TV.« less

Its probebly a good hotel, but they rebooked us because a leak. We didnt get the notification until the day before on email witch i didnt check before checkin time. They found a lower standard hotel witch was far away. The maneger was rude and not helpful. The rest of the staf was good. We had to handle the situation ourselfs and call the booking agency and find a selution. We wasted 1,5 hours on somthing i belive is an overbooling. And they prioritized the costumers who booked later and payed a higher price. We booked monts ahed, witch gave us a good price. I would look elsewhere and choose another riad with better moral and etics. (By the manegers) We chose "Riad WOW" witch was close by, and the staf was lovley. We loved our stay. I saw later that som other guest was stoppet at the door because one was wearing an hijab. Our name is Arabic so maybe they dont want maroccan or arabic guest here. its not a good experiance to travel all the way from norway and be met with problmes.« less

We are two people, we booked our room more than 2 months before our check in. The same day as check in we got an e-mail from the hotel that our room was unavailable because of a leak. They had found another hotel for us that was way out of the city center and lower standard than this one. We got to speak to the manager, Mr. SAID, on the phone. First of all, he was sooooo rude. He did not let us speak. He interrupted us all the time. He gave us two options. Either take the hotel he found for us wich is far away, or give us our money back. That is not how anyone should treat their guests. He also lied. To us he said it was a leak in the room, but to the agency he said it was overbooked. We checked the hotels website to see if it was overbooked and it was not! He just did not want to give us another room because it was a more luxurious room than we had booked. So basically he tried to send us to a lower standard hotel far away. We found a new hotel on our own that was the same standard and in the same area, and our booking agency helped us with the reservation and they covered the difference in the payment. And we also got free breakfast. So we spent our whole midday in the lobby calling our agency back and forth wich is expensive! We reccomend, DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!• Rude manager who do not let the guests speak• Manager lying to his guests and not giving an effort to help.• Not really telling us the reason why we could not get our room. • We suspect that they gave our room to other guests who booked it later for a higher price.• The hotel and the staff that we spoke to were nice, but I would still choose another hotel where they treat everyone equally! • No moral, no ethics We rebooked to RIAD WOW, just down the street, and this hotel is very good! The whole staff is very friendly and the hotel and the rooms are beautiful!« less

Catastrophe/ NOT worth 5 Stars!! - Jun 25, 2019
Really NOT recommendable !!Personal SEEMS to work for guests advantage BUT their just making business with it (which is extra money for them). AND it is NOT a 5 star hotel in ANY ways!DID NOT WORK:-Safe-WATER at least from 11PM at night-Telephone (every night) - NOT possible to CALL reception at night (in a 5 star hotel!)-pool not filled with water (during the whole stay)Remarks:- The reservations they do, lead you to EXPENSIVE restaurants that are really NOT recommendable. TOO MUCH food was thrown away. You can only order 3-5 course meals. Each Person has to order one whole menu.- Taxi with 250dhm too expensive.We have been in many 5 star hotels and this is just the worst experience and the worst luxury hotel we have ever been.NICE HONEYMOON EXPERIENCE!« less
