A decent stay but some minor gripes - Jan 3, 2020
Great location on the periphery of the medina and on a quiet street. The service was friendly, though it could at times be difficult to find the owner or anyone working there. The room was reasonably comfortable but it's a bit difficult with a curtain instead of a door to the bathroom, and there were odd bits and bobs in need of maintenance throughout the hotel (looks a little better in pictures than reality). Because of the lack of door, drain smell from the bathroom filled the whole room at times. The WiFi only worked some of the time, and when it did work could only be connected to in certain areas of the hotel. Breakfast was fine and served by a friendly lady though a bit lower in food quality than the other places we stayed in Morocco.« less

In der Medina, nähe Jema el Fna und doch sehr ruhig. Kleiner Pool. - Jun 8, 2019
Close to the central Jema el Fna but very calm. Great with kids, with a little pool inside. Very helpful und friendliy staff. And with a nice terasse on the rooftop. Just don't try to drive to close by car (park outside of the medina walls! It's not a long walk)« less

good location, great breakfast, but a curtain instead of a door to our bathroom ruined it for us - Apr 2, 2019
this quaint riad was in a great location, close to one of the main gates and inside the medina, so very easy to find, once we knew the location, the beds were simple but comfortable, but there was a noticible lack of lighting in the room. Breakfast was abundant and tasty and traditional food was served which was nice, staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place as our room for 3 persons had a curtain instead of a door for the washroom, and that curtain was too small to actually give you privacy. This was not ideal as we were a group of friends and travelling as you know does play havoc on the bowels, lol. We managed but honestly, even with family members it would have been awkward. Please put in a proper door! overall the place is a bit more run down than the pictures online show.« less

Perfect stay - Jun 21, 2018
We arrived at this Riad and were welcomed with mint tea. Our rooms were lovely and clean. My kids loved the pool and spent many hours swimming in this beautiful Riad. The staff was so helpful. They went out of their way to be kind to my children. The breakfast was awesome. Fresh squeezed orange juice daily. The view from the rooftop was spectacular. My only complaint is that our air conditioner didn't work and the room was pretty warm. We just opened the door and windows to cool off.Great location, right in the heart of the medina, but still very quiet and peaceful. I really recommend this spot.« less

Freezing cold - Dec 17, 2017
Our familly of four (two children age 5+9) stayed here for two nights in december. The rooms where freezing cold. The heating fan did not work and there's no use in a fire place in the room when there is nothing to burn in it.We ate the Riads lovely brekfast with our winter jackets and hats on, but still it was freezing. We originally booked for three nights, but ended up leaving after two (still paying for the third) when our son got a asthma attack from the cold and all the rest of us cathced a cold.I'm sure this is a good place in summer, but it's way to cold in desember. It's also a high price for a freezing cold room. The bathroom is behind a curtain, so that means showering in this freezing room.Breakfast was nice, staff was very nice and welcoming. Location is exellent if you want to stay in the old town.« less
