Authentic Luxury Travel is a booking platform where customers through our website can make instant booking of luxury hotels and Riads in Morocco. These legal relations between the parties make the object of this convention which acts as law between the parties involved.

This convention regards the general sales conditions of the services presented on these web sites: www.luxury-riads.com & www.hoteles-marruecos.com as well as other partner ,Web sites ,organizations… using our Services. . By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and by the cancellation/booking policies of the hotels, which may be modified from time to time. By publishing it on our web site the change will be taken into effect.

These sales conditions are set out in several languages (Spanish, French & Italian) but in case of conflict, the English version shall prevail.

1- Booking / prices:

The prices on our Web site are per room in B&B, all taxes included. And are negotiated between us and the hotels, and are always the lowest or at the least the same prices as the public price of the hotels.

Some taxes such us the TPT (taxe promotion touristique) must to be paid in some hotels; in that case you will fin it in the additional rate of the page of your hotel.

By clicking on the button “Book” the client automatically accepts the sales conditions of Authentic Luxury Travel and the booking and cancellation policies of its hotel. These conditions are mentioned on the page of the hotel on our web site.

The booking of the room becomes definite when the credit card of the customer has been debited. The booking is cancelled automatically when the credit card has been rejected or wasn’t valid, when it was impossible to debit the card or when the transaction was not validated by ClickandBuy. Authentic Luxury Travel is not responsible in case the credit card has been used fraudulently.

When you make the on-line reservation you will have to provide our secures system of payment with your credit card information such as its number, expiry date, your name... when your reservation is confirmed, a guarantee deposit clearly displayed through the reservation process will be charged to your credit card in € Euros. If your reservation is not confirmed, your credit card will not be charged.

This deposit guarantee is included in the total price of the room. Authentic Luxury Travel will debit this amount from your credit card just to confirm the reservation. The remainder has to be paid directly to the hotel.

Authentic Luxury Travel sent to the customers after the reservation an email of confirmation, and so it is your duty to provide to us your accurate email address. This email will serve as proof of valid reservation and it will contain relevant information of the reservation and particulars of the hotel booked (address, telephone, email, name of the room…). Please read carefully all the information contained in our email of confirmation to ensure that they conform to your reservation. Authentic Luxury Travel is not responsible for mistakes on the voucher which have not been mentioned within 24hours after the reservation.

You are required to produce our confirmation email when you check in at the hotel.

If you don’t receive the email of confirmation within 3 working hours after the reservation you are obliged to contact Authentic Luxury Travel immediately via email at: reservation@luxury-riads.com .Normally the email should be send instantly & automatically after the reservation.

If Authentic Luxury Travel can not accept a reservation due to a mistake on the side of the hotels, Authentic Luxury Travel will propose a different equivalent offers to the client in the same category or cancel the reservation if can not find a hotel available for the client.

2- Responsibility:

Authentic Luxury Travel acts as an intermediary between our websites users and the hotels/transport, so we do not have and never intend to have any contractual involvement in your reservation. When you use our services to make a reservation, the contract is made directly between you and the hotel concerned or the transport booked.

Authentic Luxury Travel is just the reservation and payment platform between the two parties (the hotels/transporters and the customers) following the reservation and cancellation conditions accepted by the two parties. Authentic Luxury Travel doesn’t intervene in a conflict or in a lawsuit between the two parties relating to the execution of the contract, and can not be held responsible for accidents which happen during the stay, in that case the hotel & the transporters are solely responsible for accident and the delivery of a good service during the stay, they relieve Authentic Luxury Travel of all responsibility.

3- Cancellation:

All the hotels in our Web sites stipulate its own cancellation policies which are mentioned on the interface of the hotel on our Web site. Authentic Luxury Travel invites its customers to read all the conditions before making the reservation.

In case of cancellation, we suggest that you should promptly and directly contact us to minimize any penalty or charges payable.

In case of cancellation in a hotel with "free cancellation" it means that we can keep the deposit for you to use it in a future booking with us and it will be used only as a deposit and not as total of the new booking.

These conditions will be applied in function of the local time of Morocco (GMT).
When your reservation is cancelled, depending on the cancellation policy of the hotel you have booked, and on whether penalties apply, the hotel shall directly charge to your credit card account all penalties or charges that you are liable to pay for the cancellation. However, this does not apply in the case of a non-refundable rate where you cannot cancel your booking nor be reimbursed by any party.
The cancellation fees are debited by the hotel or by Authentic Luxury Travel limited.
All disputes relating to cancellation of reservation shall be dealt with or settled directly between you and the hotel concerned, and we will not be involved or be held responsible in any way to provide information needed to calculate the penalties that apply and to pass your credit card information on to the hotel concerned as aforesaid. No claim whatsoever shall be made by you against « Authentic Luxury Travel limited » in respect of any penalty or charges levied by the hotel concerned for your cancellation of a reservation and you shall seek your redress, if any, directly against the hotel concerned.

4- Confidentiality:

Authentic Luxury Travel guarantees not to give the personal data to third parties. The email address of the client is only used to send the email of confirmation, as well as the offers proposed by Authentic Luxury Travel in the new letter.

5- Security :

Authentic Luxury Travel adopts the SSL encoding protocols to secure and protect your credit card information with our partner ClickandBuy which guarantees the security of your payment transaction via their encryption system SSL. If you are using a public computer for our services, you should sign out after you have finished using it.

6- Law applied:

In case of a lawsuit the Law Court of Marrakech and the Commercial Court of Marrakech are competent.
